Microsoft Visual C++ 2002–2003 Runtime is a redistributable package from Microsoft that installs the native runtime libraries required by applications built with Visual C++ 7.0 (Visual Studio .NET 2002) and Visual C++ 7.1 (Visual Studio .NET 2003).
